Statement from the Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth)

VALHALLA, N.Y. (March 4, 2021) – After extensive development and testing, WMCHealth launched a unique vaccine site directory to help eligible community members find sites that may have vaccine supply. On Wednesday afternoon, the directory began to have intermittent technical difficulty that has persisted into today.

The developer and host of the directory, Tableau, reports that all web pages on their public site are experiencing similar issues and they are working quickly to resolve these for our directory and their other customers. In the meantime, we know how important access to vaccination is to our community, and apologize to those who responded to our initial announcement that the directory was available but did not gain access. We will post an announcement on covidinfo.wmchealth.org when the technical issue is resolved by the host of the directory.
