Radiology Department Upgrades Begin at St. Anthony Community Hospital
As seen in the September/October 2019 Issue of Advancing Care
Construction recently began on a renovation of the radiology department at St. Anthony Community Hospital, a member of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth).
The $10 million project at the Warwick-based hospital will deliver faster and more accurate diagnoses by increasing the size of the current Radiology Department with three renovated rooms.
The suite enhancements will accommodate new X-ray and CT equipment, and an ultrasound machine. Additionally, 3D mammography will soon be available at the hospital’s Women’s Imaging Center. Phase One of the upgrade is slated for completion at the end of 2020, while the next phases will be spread out over the next few years.
