MidHudson Home Health Team Ranked Top in the Nation

The Certified Home Health Services team at MidHudson Regional Hospital, a Member of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network, has been named one of the Top 100 agencies in the nation by HomeCare Elite, a review that assesses Medicare-certified agencies natiowide.

This marks the sixth consecutive year the team has been honored for providing a smooth transition from a hospital or rehabilitation facility to home care, focusing on patient safety, best practices and clear communication.

The Certified Home Health Services team consists of New York State-registered and -licensed nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, registered dietitians and medical social workers, as well as highly trained home health aides.
