Delivering Prompt Care: The ED 30-Minute Pledge

To help enhance the experience of all visiting patients, six WMCHealth hospitals have launched a 30-Minute Pledge. Patients visiting the Emergency Department will be seen by a medical provider within 30 minutes of completing registration. This pledge is currently in effect at HealthAlliance Hospital, Margaretville Hospital, St. Anthony Community Hospital, Bon Secours Community Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital.  MidHudson Regional Hospital is expected to have the pledge by end of year.
